Platforms architect. Kazan, Tatarstan. I don't write code myself — I assemble systems of people and automated assistants around domain partners. I enter an industry I knew nothing about, through an expert — and within 2-4 weeks there is a working platform on his data.
Principles
System over emotion. Atomic steps, a test after each iteration; deadlines don't matter if a step has been done well.
Autonomy of executors. I give my assistants a task and the context, then stay out of the code. I expect a report on the substance, no «am I allowed?».
Ethical filter. I don't work with unlicensed commerce, schemes for bypassing regulators, or help in disguising the illegal. I have refused before and I will keep refusing.

Stack
Infrastructure: VDSina (RU, FZ-152) + Aeza (outside RU, for messenger routing). Application layer: FastAPI / NestJS / React / Next.js. Memory: Postgres + vector store + graph (see Хәтер). Security: on the way to Trezor + SLIP-39 + age-encrypted backups.
What shaped me
Shangarev and the Theory of Projects. I've been following the work of Timur Shangarev (Timour Gazi, Ufa) since 2014-2015. The Theory of Projects and the Intellectual Method are a working lens for geopolitical analysis of an industry (oil, KII, sanctions). I use it as a lens alongside classical international relations theory; facts always beat the theory.
Leadership practice and the shagovskoe community. Since 2012 I've been in the shagovskoe community (Moscow, Trekhgorka, the ASI Boiling Point). The author of the system is Alexander Igorevich Yermoshkin, LPCA (Leadership Practice of Communicative Awareness). After a long acquaintance with the method, in 2022-2023 I went through an individual cycle with Dmitry Borisovich Gorbunov: six months of weekly sessions, narrative interviews about myself, essays, the «space of care», the cycle «trust — faith — knowledge», four stages of development. The main outcome: the habit of systematically working through my own thinking in writing, and the discipline of «align first, then act». This is the working standard in my team of people and assistants today.
Tarasov and the art of managerial combat. Vladimir Konstantinovich Tarasov, founder of the Tallinn School of Managers (1984) and author of the school of managerial combat and managerial duels. I've been following him since 2014; I read and re-read «The Art of Managerial Combat», «The Technology of Life», «Personal Managerial Art». We are personally acquainted — we have met several times here in Kazan. From him I have the discipline of seeing the position as a whole (mine and the counterparty's), of not confusing motion with result, of distinguishing struggle for the cause from struggle for status. This optic combines with the shagovskoe discipline of alignment and the Theory of Projects into one working method of leading a team and negotiations.
Religion and language. A Muslim, Tatar. Prayer, Ramadan, the Quran — not a ritual but the frame of my schedule and decisions. Tatar, Russian, and basic English — the last one I'm now training deliberately by translating my own texts in public posts.
The road. Part of my biography is ten years in places of detention, two terms (2004-2010, 2013-2017). I don't turn this into a confession and I don't turn it into a trophy. It is a fact of the path, after which I know the cost of systematic thinking, of someone else's time, and of my own word. From this grew my work today and the new direction we're launching at the Committee — adaptation after release, legal help to families, spiritual support.
